A lot of drivers after passing their learners test, began driving on the road, and they are required to drive for a 6 months and with an experienced driver over the age of eighteen, and once the new driver has gotten enough driving experience they go to take the driving part of the license process. The person trying to get their license gets 2 tries before they have to wait a few weeks and get some more experience, then try again hopefully they pass it the first time.
